I hit a wonderful milestone last week.

92 five star Google reviews!

(If you are a service academy grad, you'll appreciate the symbolism - Go Navy!)

But it's much more than that.

When a small business asks you to talk about your experience in a Google Review, please consider taking the time to write one.

We tend to be quick to tell people when we are pissed off.

But if you enjoyed yourself, and the service was top notch, then let the world know, or at least Google.

The next time you are looking for a headshot photographer or someone to document your military legacy, I may or may not pop up on Google's list of recommendations.

Google has a reputation to maintain so it's monitoring everything I do online to see if it wants to risk showcasing me.

I have to do my part, which includes producing a quality service that people want to talk about, updating my website and blog posts, keeping up with social media engagement, and on and on, Google takes it all into consideration.

Current and positive reviews have more power than you can imagine.

I love that my 92nd review was done by a Female Naval Officer, so fitting.
