A CRM helps automate workflows so you have more time to
focus on other priorities in your business.
When you are first starting off in your business you may be keeping track of your clients, your communications and your workflows using email, spreadsheets, sticky notes and various devices and applications.

My first website was hosted by Smugmug. At the time it was the best choice for me but as my brand and business grew, I outgrew my website. Like with every decision I make, I over analyzed the marketplace before making the decision.
